Sgt. John Peck – Stephen Siller Foundation
Sgt. John Peck was wounded on May 24, 2010 during his second tour of duty with the Marines in Afghanistan, leaving him a quadruple amputee. Sgt. Peck’s injury happened just two years after he tore the right frontal lobe of his brain when his vehicle ran over an IED on his first tour of duty. The Tunnels To Towers Foundation, in cooperation with the Gary Sinise Foundation, built a Smart Home for John in Chancellorsville Virginia, equipped with state-of-the-art technology to suit John’s needs. On Veteran’s Day 2012, as part of their ongoing work for the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, the 3 Roads Crew covered the dedication of his new home, and got a look at some of the features of the house.
